Philosophy

We are an academically focused childcare setting that offers childcare and pre-k readiness program. Children will learn through play, discovery, creativity, and music. Our childcare and learning center involves the whole child's senses. A child learns through their curiosity and discovery of how things work while they develop a love of learning, good character, and social skills that are essential throughout their academic life. We are the home away home with a learning environment.

Our Mission

To offer excellent childcare and preschool readiness program that is age appropriate and delivered by staff with a minimum of a four year degree.

Program Philosophy

My First School reflects research based studies that support play as a central component for a child's health, well being, and learning. We encourage children through hands on experiences and child initiated play to create their own knowledge. Educators cultivate an unbiased atmosphere to stimulate, nurture, protect, and supervise children, as well as to embrace and celebrate diversity of thought and culture.
